About the Event
The global pandemic, months of lockdown and adjusting to a “new normal” has left us all feeling overwhelmed, tired out and stressed. Please join us to work on some easy daily techniques to reset our nervous systems, enabling us to function in a state of relaxed alertness.
Vivienne will share some knowledge on stress and the nervous system and then we will dive straight into some practical tools and exercises.
